Our Return Policy

At Bold Lines Co., each item is made to order and fulfilled through our print partner. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address], and include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Your order number

We will work with our print partner to replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please reach out to us. We’ll investigate and help find a resolution.

All Sales Are Final

Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. We encourage you to double-check your size and product details before placing an order.

Hey, I'm Joe, the artist behind Bold Lines Design Co.

I started drawing as a kid—so much that I’d sometimes fall asleep at the art table😴 Over time, I drifted away from it as a daily habit, but in college, I fell in love with graphic design and explored creativity through different jobs.

More recently, I picked up sketching again, but this time with purpose—turning Bible verses into symbolic artwork. That’s where Bold Lines Co. was created.

My Hope is that my artwork inspires and evokes emotion, making the wisdom and truth of God’s Word something you can see, feel, and carry with you. My designs are available on prints and shirts, so you can rep scripture as bold, meaningful art.
